Snap Windows Left and Right On A Chromebook
Just like the Windows Snap feature that came out in Windows 7, you can dock two separate windows on the left and right sides of the screen for multitasking. It’s great if you’re editing spreadsheets, for instance, as you can update the spreadsheet on one side of the screen and view source data on the other side. You can also assign different browser tabs to each half of the screen.

Arrange Your Shelf
The shelf has many of the features you may know from the Windows taskbar. You can even relocate it to the left or right side of the screen, though not the top. Just right-click it and choose your desired location.
Chromebook Fullscreen Mode
Immersive fullscreen mode allows you to utilize the full screen of your Chromebook to do your work. For instance, if you are working on a Doc and you would just like to see the doc itself and no other tabs. Just get into fullscreen mode and there you go.
It is simple, click on this button
to shift back and forth between regular mode and fullscreen.
In Immersive mode, additional tabs are represented by horizontal bars along the top of the screen. Your shelf is represented by similar bars, so you can still switch between apps in Immersive mode if you don't feel like using one of the many Chrome keyboard shortcuts.

"Right Click" On A Chromebook
You can choose from multiple options, such as the ones you see when you "right click" on a PC, on a Chromebook.
There are two ways to accomplish this.
First, you can click your trackpad with two fingers instead of one.
Second, you can press alt and click at the same time.
Alt+Click will give you the "right click" menu which allows many quick and easy options. You can click on links, tabs, docs, anything and you will see more options.
Of course, if you have a mouse attached to your Chromebook, you can simply right click.

Chromebook Launcher Tips
You can do alot of things by clicking on the "waffle" in the lower left hand side of your Chromebook screen. The "waffle", also known as the launcher, is a search engine in itself.
You can:
1. Use it as a calculator. Just type in your problem and you will get an answer.
2. Use it to convert units.
3. Do a voice search. Click on the microphone and say what you are searching for.
The launcher can do many things. Besides finding your apps, you can find a whole lot more there.

Todays Tech Tip - 3/5/15
There are many keyboard shortcuts on a Chromebook. We all know Control+C is copy and Control+V is paste, but there are many more.
To remember them all is impossible, but here is a little trick to help out.
If you press Control+Alt+? you will see a keyboard shortcut overlay. It shows all the shortcuts and which keys need to be pressed for each.
Don't try to remember them all, pick one you like or use often and remember that one. You can add them periodically.
Or just remember Control+Alt+? and you can look them up each time.
